How to fix the thermostat on Dingxin water heater

This part  illustrates how to replace the thermostat of a vertical wall mounting machine.

1. Loosen the screw of the maintenance cover at the bottom of the machine and remove the maintenance cover.

2. Pull out the thermostat probe tube in the blind pipe of the heating tube.

3. Put the machine upside down, remove the control knob connected to the thermostat,peel off the sticker, and loosen the fixing screws between the thermostat and the control panel cover to separate apart.

4. Use needle-nose pliers to pull out the terminals connecting the two terminal blocks of the thermostat inside the control panel, and remove the thermostat from the internal space of the end cover.

5. Replace with a new thermostat, connect to the two terminal blocks of the thermostat, and tighten the fixing screws between the thermostat and the control panel cover, and recover sticker marking on the top. Furthermore,the temperature control knob should be fixed on the thermostat rod again.

6. Reinsert the temperature probe of the thermostat into the blind pipe of the heating pipe, and plug the blind pipe with a rubber seal to prevent the relative movement of the probe.

7. Install the maintenance cover, tighten the screws, and the installation is complete

How to fix the thermal cut on Dingxin water heater

This part  illustrates how to replace the temperature thermal cut of a vertical wall mounting machine.

1. Loosen the screws of the maintenance cover at the bottom of the machine and remove the maintenance cover.

2. Unscrew the fixing screw between the temperature thermal cut and the heating element flange, and pull the temperature thermal cut probe tube out of the heating tube blind pipe.

3. Use needle-nose pliers to disconnect the four terminal blocks connecting the thermal cut.

4. Replace with a new temperature thermal cut, extend its temperature probe into the blind pipe of the heating pipe, and block the blind pipe with a rubber plug to prevent the relative movement of the probe pipe. Tighten the fixing screws of the thermal cut to fixing seat of tank flange,

5. Install the maintenance cover, tighten the screws, and the installation is complete

How to fix heating element on Dingxin water heater

This part  illustrates how to replace the heating tube of a vertical machine.

1. Loosen the screw of the maintenance cover at the bottom of the machine and remove the maintenance cover.

2. Unscrew the fixing screw of the ground wire, loosen the fixing screws of the temperature thermal cut and the tank flange, and take out the thermostat,

3. Pull out the thermostat and temperature limiter temperature probe, unplug the positive and negative terminals of the heating tube, and loosen the five fixing screws on the flange of the heating tube

4. Take out the heating tube, replace it with a new one, loosen the five fixing screws on the flange of the heating tube (each screw is tightened slowly in turn), and loosen the fixing screws of the temperature thermal cut and the flange of the liner

5. Reinsert the temperature tube of the thermostat and the temperature thermal cut into the blind pipe of the heating tube, and block the blind tube with a rubber plug to prevent the temperature detection tube from moving relatively. Then, tighten the fixing screws of the temperature thermal cut and fixing seat and of tank flange,plug the heating tube terminal to the two poles of the heating tube.

6. Install the maintenance cover, tighten the screws, and the installation is complete
